Volunteering at Echelford Primary School

Thank you for offering your time to volunteer to support our children here at Echelford School. In order to set you up as a volunteer there are a number of actions for you.  All information and documentation you need from us is on this page.

Once you have completed all the steps below and the necessary clearance has been confirmed we will be in contact with you to sign the volunteer agreement, arrange safeguarding training and a date for you to start.

What Action
Provide your details by completing the Volunteers Form Via the Volunteers Form found on PC on the right handside of this page or on mobile device at the very bottom of this page 
Strictly DBS application Via the attached Strictly DBS Guidance
Childcare Disqualification Disclosure Via the attached form - complete and return to the school office
Character references Via attached form - 2 required, return to the school office
Volunteer Handbook, Child Protection Policy and LLT Visitor information Via attached doc - read and retain

Keeping Children Safe in Education part 1 to read and sign 

School’s Child Protection Policy to read and sign

Code of Conduct to read and sign 

Complete Child Protection course (25mins)

2. If you are a new user, click on the 'Create my training account' button.

4. If you are an existing user, use your email and password in the 'registered users' field.
