Welcome to Echelford

We are delighted to be welcoming your child to Echelford.  At the bottom of this page  you will see a number of attachments which we hope you will find of interest.  Please take some time to read the attachments as this will help with the transition to school life at Echelford.

Online Admissions forms via Applicaa:

You will now have received an email from admissions.echelford@lumenlearningtrust.co.uk giving you a password/username to login to enable you to complete your child’s admissions forms online, please ensure these are completed by 20th June. (Check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see the email)

Wraparound Care Bookings:

An email to set up on ScoPay (for bookings and payments) will be sent out on Thursday 11th Sept. Reception Sept 2025 children can attend wraparound club from Friday 12th September, if you would like a booking for that day please email the office. From Monday 15th September all bookings are 24 hours in advance via ScoPay. All terms and conditions are in the attached document.
